This architect-designed, new-build house is constructed with exposed Cross Laminated Timber walls and ceilings, creating a unique interior aesthetic.
The exterior features timber cladding with slatted privacy screens at the front. The rear of the property boasts a lush, leafy garden that leads to a self-contained studio.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a sunken, open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The space is enhanced by built-in elements, including a concrete bench in the dining and living areas, and custom timber joinery throughout.
A striking perforated white metal staircase leads to the upper floors, with an openable skylight above that provides natural light and fresh air.
The house’s material palette, which includes wood, concrete, steel, white perforated metal, and terrazzo, harmonizes the space and creates a natural backdrop that perfectly frames the garden views.
