A a substantial, unaltered 1859 Victorian manor house located in Buxted, East Sussex (TN22). Historically part of the Wedgwood estate, the property retains a wealth of authentic period features. It is highly accessible, situated within walking distance of a direct train line to London, yet completely quiet and surrounded by nature. The House (Original 1859 features): Historic library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves (including volumes carrying original Wedgwood signatures), a billiards room, four reception rooms with original marble fireplaces and William Morris curtains, a large apartment-sized attic space, and a large kitchen and there is also an adjacent building.
