Approximately 6,000 sq foot large East London warehouse complex. The space includes the main hall, front hall gallery, side room, makeup/changing area, kitchen & bathrooms. Lots of character throughout the space, with concrete flooring and walls offer a range of textures and details. Above the main space is a newly refurbished daylight studio equipped with a rooftop terrace. Daylight and skylights throughout the venue. The Social Club, ‘next door’, old school charm and character, a remnant of a bygone era. Working man’s club and former nunnery complete with full bar and late license. Can be rented in conjunction with MKII’s main space or as an independent venue. Great for film, tv, events, parties, birthdays, socials, markets etc…
The three spaces are available for hire both separately and simultaneously – suitable for photo, TV, film, exhibitions, events, community, weddings and fully licensed to host weddings. The upstairs can be hired for an additional cost. Then the use of the kitchen is available for clients who wish to hire the full building (i.e. main space & upstairs space) – this is proving to be a very popular choice for our larger jobs. Can be blacked out for an additional fee. Located in Clapton, Hackney.
