Brooklands Building is a highly versatile filming location offering multiple looks across one site. The location includes woodland, a vast open car park, a dramatic central atrium, stripped-back office floors and a large rooftop with wide skyline views — giving productions a strong mix of interiors, exteriors and urban backdrops in one place. Site itself is 25,000 sq m, and the building that sits on is 8,250 sq m across 5 floors. It also has a 3 storey car park (2 storeys underground), large basement. Power is from a 7kw Generator, no toilets or running water on site however wagon/portaloos can be arranged.
